These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bazee platform. By creating an account or accessing any game or service on bazee.club, you agree to be bound by the rules set out in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Transparent Bonus Terms

Zero Tolerance for Fraud

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bazee ("bazee", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the website at bazee.club and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, account management tools, and payment services.
bazee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bazee will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-site notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using bazee immediately and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bazee Privacy Policy and the bazee Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bazee.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use bazee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You are aged 18 years or older.
- You are accessing bazee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not acting on behalf of any other person or legal entity when registering or operating your account.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from bazee or any other online gambling platform operated by us.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of bazee or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
- You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily, without coercion, when accepting these Terms.
bazee may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension pending verification. bazee will never knowingly allow an underage individual to maintain an active account. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and any funds deposited will be returned after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money games and betting markets on bazee, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered to you personally.
bazee operates a strict one account per player policy. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bazee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.
All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawal of funds is permitted. KYC verification requires the submission of at least one of the following valid documents:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy, clearly legible.
- Valid Bangladeshi Passport — biographical data page.
- Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and current residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the past three months.
bazee processes KYC submissions within three business days under normal circumstances. During peak periods — such as major BPL or ICC tournament seasons — processing times may be extended, and players will be notified accordingly. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you submit are genuine, unaltered, and belong to you. Submission of forged or manipulated documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bazee Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bazee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are in use is your sole responsibility, unless you have notified bazee of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
bazee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors.
Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may differ by payment method.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bazee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a source that does not match your KYC-verified identity, the funds will be held pending investigation, and may be returned to the originating account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that player funds are returned securely. bazee aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted during weekends or on Bangladeshi public holidays may be subject to additional processing time.
bazee reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawals or on accounts where unusual transaction patterns are detected. During such checks, the withdrawal in question will be placed on hold. bazee will notify the player via their registered email address and will aim to complete the review within five business days.
5 Bonus & Promotions Policy
bazee offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup.
Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the promotion detail page and must be reviewed and accepted before opting in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
General bonus rules that apply to all promotions on bazee unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
- Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds and bonus funds in the order specified by the cashier. Wagering completed using Free Spins winnings counts toward wagering requirements only for the game on which the spins were awarded, unless otherwise stated.
- The maximum bet permitted while bonus funds are active is ৳500 per spin or per round, unless a specific promotion states a different limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided at bazee's discretion.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without notice.
- bazee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abusive or fraudulent behaviour in connection with the promotion.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering context for which they were issued.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using bazee, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other players and of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the violation is confirmed:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live poker, live card games, or sports betting markets.
- Use of prohibited software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other technology designed to gain an advantage over other players or over bazee.
- Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds, or incorrectly displayed game states to generate profit. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error are void and will be deducted from your account.
- Money laundering: Using bazee as a vehicle to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. bazee cooperates with relevant financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transaction activity as required by applicable law.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a bazee transaction without first contacting bazee support and allowing bazee a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal recovery action.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward bazee staff, other players, or in any public forum in association with the bazee brand.
bazee also prohibits the use of the platform by any individual who is currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bazee or any affiliated gaming platform. If you are aware that you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to open a new account. If you do so, your new account will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any funds deposited will be returned net of any winnings generated during the period of prohibited access.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on bazee.club — including but not limited to the bazee brand name and logo, website design, layout, typography, colour schemes, written content, game graphics, promotional materials, and software code — is the intellectual property of bazee or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bazee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from bazee.club without prior written authorisation.
- Use any bazee trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any context without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used to deliver the bazee platform.
- Create derivative works based on bazee content, design elements, or game assets.
- Frame or mirror any portion of bazee.club on another website or application.
Game content available on bazee — including slot titles, live casino streams, and virtual sports — is provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. bazee operates those games under valid content licensing agreements.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
bazee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if:
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- bazee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
- The account holder is found to be ineligible to use the platform (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or located in a restricted jurisdiction).
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance. bazee will make reasonable attempts to notify the player before closing a dormant account.
- bazee is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a directive from a competent authority.
When an account is closed by bazee due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds, pending free spins, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited legitimately and are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any investigation.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including those seeking to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting the bazee support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of bazee, you are encouraged to contact the bazee customer support team in the first instance. bazee will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Any unresolved dispute may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the bazee support documentation.
